Military and Civilian Integration to Promote the Clean Transformation of Urban Heat Network

Qingdao Sci-inno Blue New Energy Co., Ltd combined with The Tactical and Weapon Department of the China Aerospace Institute, combining the renewable clean new energy system technology with the aerospace high-end manufacturing and intelligent technology, successfully applied to the overall cleaning and renovation project of the urban heat network in Wei County, Hebei Province, China.


It is reported that after the completion of the project, every heating season can save about 33,642 tons of standard coal, and the energy saving rate is over 53%. It reduces CO2 emissions by about 94,416 tons, SO2 is about 764 tons, and dust is about 382 tons, which has significant economic and social benefits.


Chi Fang, the chairman of the Sci-inno Blue introduced that the Wei County project adopts the multi-source coupling way of sewage, surface water and cold water phase change energy, for the first time to achieve the complete utilization of renewable clean energy to clean the whole city heat network transformation. It is possible to make the large-scale application of non fossil energy heating and the rapid replication of the model of urbanization transformation. Compared with the traditional fossil fuels, such as coal and gas, renewable clean energy has the characteristics of zero emission, high energy saving, safe and stable.


At present, the research team of the core technology system has taken a series of China national major scientific and technological research and projects, and implement comprehensive market application in China northern provinces. The clean transformation of the Wei County also provides a model for the rapid replication and application of renewable clean energy system in China.
